HP
At Hewlett-Packard (HP), I focused on user experience (UX) design across two key projects: the customer service website and an internal computer maintenance tool for employees. My responsibilities included UI design, visual design, and UX design, utilizing Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Below are a few examples from both projects.
Internal computer maintenance application
This was an existing application undergoing a redesign specifically for the Google Chromebook. I leveraged a pre-existing design library created by other designers for 75% of the application's design. For the remaining 25%, I used Figma and the Adobe Suite to create new icons, UI elements, and full pages in collaboration with stakeholders. Here are some screenshots showcasing the screens I personally designed.
Customer Service Website
I played a key role in expanding the HP customer service website to include dedicated pages for the "HP ONE" feature. Similar to the native application, I primarily utilized an existing design library. However, when necessary, I collaborated with stakeholders to create new elements based on their specific instructions. This is just one example of the many pages I designed for the website.
